- Workshop registration: Name, email address, phone number (optional), workshop preference
- Pre-registration / interest forms: Name, email address, workshop preference
- Partner enquiry form: Name, email address, organisation, area of interest, message
- Payment data: When you register for a paid workshop, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Infomaniak) may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention.
- Cookies: Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To process your workshop registration and payment
- To respond to your enquiries (partnership, general questions)
- To send you information about the workshop you registered or expressed interest in
- To notify you when new workshops become available (only if you opted in via a pre-registration form)

We use the following third-party providers who may process data on our behalf:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland): Website hosting and email services. Data is stored on servers located in Switzerland.

- Google Fonts: Web fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may collect your IP address in connection with this. See Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Registration and payment data: Retained for the duration of the workshop plus 10 years as required by Swiss accounting regulations (Code of Obligations, Art. 958f)
- Pre-registration data: Retained until the relevant workshop has taken place, or until you request deletion
- Partner enquiry data: Retained for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion
- Server logs: Retained by Infomaniak in accordance with their data retention policy

Your data is primarily stored and processed in Switzerland. Where data is transferred to providers outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA (e.g. Stripe), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms recognised under Swiss and EU data protection law.
